Just bought a used BO3 PS4 disc. Downloaded/bought one of the DLC zombies maps from the PS store, and when I go into the game it says I don’t own it, then I go to the BO3 store and it says no items available in store.
Does anyone have any idea how to get this working?

Restart the game, uninstall then reinstall the DLC, restart the console, change account (if you’re not the only user on the PS4)
Maybe it’s because you downloaded the DLC to an external drive?
I feel like it’s something to do with the main game from a quick search. When I go to the PS store I can still buy BO3, even though I have it installed and the disc running. It’s weird and annoying haha
Can you confirm the disc is the same region as your account? That store error is usually because there’s a mismatch.
