Lil strat you can can try if you have a walmart nearby, buy a new 5070 in person or online, return it a couple days later, and then come back the day after you return it and that same card will be on clearance for probably 20-30% off. Dont know if it violates walmart TOS but its not illegal to return something and buy it back. Worst case that after you return it someone else re-purchases it before you do.
