BO3 if mods are available, if not then I chose IW because they are the most replayable by far.
since Bo3 can have maps that make it play like any zomibes its the obvious choice
I think you should just straight up veto bo3 as an answer because with chronicles it’s obviously the best choice, plus we’re all biased lol. Without chronicles I’d still argue bo3 is best, but I’d go bo2 personally cause if nostalgia

If BO3 didn’t have custom maps and mods on PC it’d be a harder decision, in fact I don’t know which game I’d pick
But with custom maps it just makes it easy to say BO3
WAW had custom maps too which makes that a contender

Though, I wished I could say BO3 (even without mods)… JUST for Shadows of Evil. It’s literally my favourite map

Black Ops 4. Because it’s more grindable and you can reset your progress whenever you’d like too and start from scratch. I’m more of a player who likes to grind camo’s and spend multiple hours achieving something that will provide me with absolutely nothing of value in real life lol. I just feel like Black Ops 4 has a lot more content, but I do think that the maps pale in comparison to everything before it. Shadows Of Evil, Origins (both bo2 and bo3), and basically every Black Ops 1 map (godamn that game was special). But every game before Black Ops 4 just gets really repetitive for me. There’s not really much for me to work towards other than reaching prestige or completing every easter egg. But that’s just how I feel and it’s my option. Like whatever you wanna like man🤘

Well BO3 has custom zombies, that and COD:WAW, so if you just wait long enough for someone to make a custom map from the new cods then you’re golden, lol
Bo3 without custom maps i would still choose bo3 although saying goodbye to bo4 would suck. But ya its not even close when you include mods

If we are talking console only, I’d chose bo4. All 8 maps are super fun and complex in their own way. Classified is the map to play if you just wanna chill, and I could play Ancient for weeks without getting bored, as it’s my favorite map in the series
People also forget about custom mutations and bo4 having a difficulty slider, gauntlet is the only good objective based zombies mode as well.
Do you think the game is too easy? Go complete an Easter egg on hardcore then tell me that again.

My takeaway from this is there a version of this game for everyone.
BO3, especially because of the mod tools. A place that has seemingly limitless content of all varieties as well as it being a medium to express my own creativity? It’s pretty obvious to me why everyone’s picking BO3.
