I bought the game back in February. It is a PS4 game disc and I inserted the disc to the PS5 console to download all the campaign packs, then until the mission "End of the Line" all of a sudden everything stopped moving but the background Cuban styled music was still being played. As I tried to close the game it said there was an error, and I had to report the problem, but it still did exist.
Sold the game disc the other day. Wasted my money on that. I feel like PS4 version is a piece of crap. The game disc itself has no visible wears and was working just fine until what I said above. Weird.
Now I'm gonna get the PS5 version tomorrow so I'm excited yet still worried if the problem still persists.
Did anyone experience this before?

I get random crashes during zombies but it’s rare.
