I live in Türkiye and the used market is a bit different from America you can find most of the parts cheaper than their normal America prices. I actually paid 18$ for the CPU but it came with the thick variant of the stock cooler (which is 390TRY=10$ for the thin variant in Türkiye) and it came with 4gr of wipaste 2 (which is 200TRY=5$) he gave it to me in a Ryzen 5 5600x box. If im not mistaken i have a Ryzen 3 1300x which failed on me thats why i bought it, also Will it bottleneck my rx 570?

    The other components being included doesn’t really make this cost $3 unless you sell them for $15. Still a decent price and it shouldn’t bottleneck a 570.

    Ryzen 3 3100 won’t bottleneck Rx 570, dw.
    It even wouldn’t bottleneck GPUs like RTX 2060

    Insane value for budget gaming rig. By the time you snatch a budget B450/B550 board, you still have some upgrade path later on if you want a 5500X3D.

    I put one of those in a computer I built for my mum 5yrs ago. It’s a solid little CPU for general web browsing and email. Added an old RX550 4GB GPU to it from my old mediaserver. She’s still more than happy with it all these years later.

    Her previous system lasted her about 10yrs too, I built that one as well.,

    $3 is a bargain, I think with the spare parts I had (case, ram, gpu), I built her entire system for about £350 on a B450 AM4 platform.
