What mods are you using?
i dont but its ver yhard to pin point such a issue with a game its probalyl hardware related maybe ur gpu or cpu just doenst really like that small part or its mods really no telling
Yes it happens to me with no mods. It started happening around the same time the menu got bugged.
Happened to my old PC, same thing with a door in shadows of evil. Is the game installed on an SSD or a hard drive?
Yes. I have a high end pc but that corner will destroy my frames every time lol. Try moving the game to an SSD if you have one. That usually solves any loading issue I have

Why did that look “movie-ish” when that happened lol
Make sure you are running the t7 patch it fixes a lot of this stuff and improves security of network communication in game

I also get a FPS drop everytime i go to this specific outside part of the map
BO3 has a few area like this, SoE has that issue with “Lag Alley” I think at the water front district. Think it’s to do with how it loads chunks in the map. As others say T7 patch fixes a fair few issues with this!
