I’m going on no info here so please excuse the simple questions. I did one step I could myself and googled if the servers were down. Doesn’t look like it. So. Have you completed training mode? Tried closing the game? Restarting console? Restarting internet. And last one. Uninstalling and reinstalling? That one is annoying but could be the fix.

Don’t new players have to go through training or something weird like that.
I’d go through every tab just to be sure.

like everyone else said, this looks like a new player needs to complete training situation, or it could be some kind of bug
