He started introducing me to some of the livestock, mentioning how he had named them after his players, as the unhinged animals they were. Just then, I was hit by a surprisingly pleasant smell. I notice this is a mistake many old school shooter players make
In games from the 2000s or even early 2010s no scoping was doable as in most games your crosshairs got bigger but it still shot in a relative straight line so if you had a good sense of positioning/alignment on your monitor no-scopes were quite doable and partially why good players were able to pull off “360 no scope/quick scope”
Nowadays (probably since about 2016ish) the spread is somewhat random within the crosshairs so those same no scope shots that would’ve hit back in the Halo 3 days don’t hit often anymore
