This is a hot take in this sub but those wood panels are not being used correctly and within a few years I think we will all agree they look tacky like that. No offense. I think if the whole wall was filled it would look great.

It could be fun to match your door curtain with the mounted turf and plants. Find something green and matchy. Maybe a heavier material for a little bit of sound blocking? I dunno
