I am using teamgroup t-create classic 5600mhz CL46 32GB mentioned in one of buildzoid's videos from a few years ago. Purchased october 2023. Should be hynix a or m die, probably a die from what people told me around that time. Screenshot is what it currently is at and stable.

I am having a hard time pushing to 6200mhz cl30 or 6400mhz cl32. Testmem instant errors. Tried fclk at 2000mhz with 1/2 ratio and still fails, so I dont think its fclk. Tried up to 1.40v for all the memory voltages.

Is there some subtiming(s) I should try to loosen alot? Or am I at my limit with this budget ram.

Thanks!

Move up to 1.25 vsoc and try 1.45-1.5v

Also note down your ram model number and compare it to your motherboard’s QVL to get the die.

if its M, your tRFC is too low, try 500, 525 or 550

Also try raising your VSOC to 1.25V

The scls try 4-6, watch for bandwidth increase and scale back if latency is hit, also could try increasing ur dram dq drive to 40 or 48 to stabilize lower cas or higher mts. dram dq drive in essence increases current demand for vdd and vddq especially, can be useful for pushing tighter timings or higher speeds
