I can't count the number of times I've died because the last Zombie simply didn't appear in the last 30 seconds. It's particularly bad on Citadel where we have spawns on the other side of the wall. I also recall times on Terminus where the last Mangler didn't spawn in until ten seconds left.

And when the last zombie is affected by Brain Rot so you cant kill it leading you to fail
Save the nuke that’s sitting in the chandelier for stuff like this
