Aw man I assumed it was the other way around and they were asked but it didn’t work out. That was one of my regular tracks too, bummer.
These guys were a favorite of mine as a kid and their music certainly represented the era of the early 2000s well. They’re perfect for the Tony Hawk games.

Man this remaster blows. Missing music and an entire campaign gone. Fuck that.
“Wish” was a massive part of the THPS3 soundtrack. What a disappointment it wasn’t included. It but that band on the map for me.
Even as a non-fan I know: NEVER touch the music used for Tony Hawk games!
The TH Pro Skater guys are the ones missing out.

For the first game, I just turn off the music and play the original soundtrack via Spotify while i play
Talk about missing the mark on fan service. People who play THPS remasters aren’t just looking for new graphics, just looking for that feeling they had back in the day. A huge chunk of that feeling is the music. If they’re not even trying to bring back the bands that made the originals legendary, then what’s the point?
I like their music but the singer has SA’d multiple people

First time I ever crow surfed was in 8th grade, at a concert of theirs, while they played Smooth Criminal. I’m 38 now and that is still such a fun/ happy memory.
If you aren’t gonna have the same soundtrack why remake the game?
Looks like “Yer Country” from US Bombs isn’t coming back, too. I love that song, and Duane Peters is a certified skate legend himself. Unfortunately, he went off the deep end a while ago and has been an extra shitty person.
Everyone is worried about the soundtrack, but I’m more concerned with the skating mechanics since the THPS 1+2 remaster missed the mark massively on how it played.
So, its not an actual remaster. Most games these days are starting to blend remake/remaster territories.

Was it iconic? Yes and it tied in great with the game but ***nobody*** was buying these games back in the day to listen to the music, it was just a cool bonus.
As long as the gameplay is the same idc, just going to play my own Spotify playlist anyway.
