What a guy… The last studio I worked at did this kind of stuff too. No Christmas bonuses and not enough pay increases to keep up with inflation.
If I factor in inflation, I made less money each year I worked there. But hey, free switch 2 and a press release that makes the CEO look like Santa Claus…. 😐

They have 300 employees. A switch 2 is roughly $450. So that is $135k. That sounds downright cheap compared to how much money they are making.
Heck, just take ONE percent of the take ($1.2M) and give it to the employees as bonuses will be $4000 each.

I still find it funny that eastern devs care about their employees more and actual rewards them more than just profit. While the west, whatever floats their boat, it’s already a success for them without even acknowledging their current issues to their games or as a company.
