I just built a pc after many years because I wanted to reminisce about this game, but right now I’m appalled at the state of the game I once loved.
I stopped playing Siege as soon as new chars came out. There’s no way to stay competitive unless you pay, so fuck them, back to counter strike
Let me fix that for you: “Ubisoft decides that the nails aren’t going into its coffin fast enough, hires a team of people with nailguns to better meet expectations”
Been playing this game for 8 years now. This new change is catered to make the new f2p players pay but is insulting to us longtime players. Ubi not getting a dime more from me. Been getting the battlepasses just from selling my old skins lol.
I grew up playing Ubisoft games (41 btw.), they ruined everything they touched.
Silent Hunter series? Dead.
The Settlers? Dead.
Their big, huge AAA titles? Copy&Paste galore to make the worlds as big as possible, but it gets boring ultra-fast.
Microtransactions everywhere.
Haven’t bought a game from them for years and finally blocked them in Steam, so I don’t get offered their crap anymore.
