

just bought another 8gb x2 dimms, it wont boot directly but i figured it out that i have to insert 1 dimm first and set the dram voltage to 1.37 then insert the other 3 dimms. its stable now been using it for a month. but i wonder if these sub timings are good for 8gbx4 set up. bcoz i noticed my dram latency is very high. i dont know anything about these. any help would be appreciated. thank you.

The timings are pretty standard for just enabling XMP and letting the motherboard train default secondary/tertiary timings. You would gain a decent amount of performance from manual tuning.
If your RAM is capable of DDR4 3733-3800 that is worthwhile due to the higher FCLK. Loosen out the primary timings by 5-10%, CLDO VDDP to .95, drop VDDG CCD to .95, raise VDDG IOD to 1.05, drop ProcODT to 40 Ohms. You will need to manually set FCLK, 1:1 ratio is not automatic above 1800MHz. If you encounter stability problems drop the memory speed but keep the FCLK to troubleshoot, some CPU’s cannot run 1866-1900MHz FCLK.
Low hanging fruit for timings would be tRC 70, tRRDS 6, tRRDL 6, tFAW 24, tWTRS 4, tWTRL 12, tWR 20, tRTP 12. I have yet to see a DDR4 3600 config that cannot run those timings. You can likely go tighter, it depends on luck and what memory chips you have.
AIDA64 latency is a poor metric for real world performance, it is largely dependent on CPU architecture. Benchmark with the apps/games you actually care about.
