there is a .dll file from Corsair in the CoD Mainfolder,
this file controls your RGB lightning to match the Colors of COD.. if you running something from Corsair (Keyboard, Mouse, or even RGB RAM/Fans ) this could be the ulprint for your Crashes
just simple delete the File in your Main directory (where the cod.exe is located) and Cod cant Controll your RGB lightning anymore

Also delete C:/Windows/System32 just to be sure. Who even runs 32bit
