Until there’s solid evidence or any real indication otherwise, I’m keeping my hopes firmly planted in reality: more cosmetics, more cars available for recolouring option.
Anything more than that is a welcome surprise.
More DLSS optimization if it hasn’t already been updated.
Better HDR after all these years. This is a pipe dream.
I wouldn’t mind something to add some replayability. Maybe random repeatable missions. Endgame missions on gang strongholds?
Expanded Cyberware capacity or some new possible builds.

Honestly, the game is pretty much perfect for me, so any additions are gonna be a welcome surprise
Some tweaks and bug fixes courtesy of optimizations to the engine made by the switch 2 port. Maybe a gig if we’re lucky?
I honestly have most of what I could ever hope for through mods, so these are the holdover things I want that either are too buggy with current mods or aren’t available:
– any new quests or gigs
– any new open world events
– any improvement at all to crowd A.I. and pathing
– DRS or adaptive graphics options (setting DLSS to automatically go from Performance to Ultra Performance while driving, framerate targets etc.)
I hope they fix mantis relic leap skill that dices people. It doesn’t proc while you are using sandevistan.
N Cart freedom of movement and N Cart specific missions
Give me a ps5 pro update and Im good. I know thats wishful thinking but atleast its not a DLC like so many others are expecting, dare I say.
Having just finished it, i’d like a better conclusion to the Dream On storyline.
Outside of that, more jobs/gigs with more diversity in how they are completed.

Add support for FSR 4 upscaling. I recently switched to an AMD graphics card and making Cyberpunk more compatible with it wouldn’t be difficult to implement.
I really hope for more guns/guns customization.
Maybe some unreleased missions.
But in reality it wont be something big, probably more cosmetic options, some extra features that wont impact too much on thr game itself but it is nice to have.
New cars, new clothes, new hairstyles, new apartments? I’m not expecting anything big.
Actual yellow eyes for witcher cosmetics and more gigs would be nice.

Limb customization. Difficulty customization. NG+. Fix the system of finite, random, missable Cyberware Capacity shards. Fix the bug where bodies are unlootable. More Cyberware options, like a hand that adds electric damage and stun to melees so that ambidextrous perk is less useless.
3rd person view and official mod support 😳 let me dream
Romance cutscenes while in the apartment would make more sense, cause now it’s just feels empty to talk about same stuff go to the shower and wake up next to each other.
Limb cyberwear is another thing. NPCS runing around with chromed body while you being top merc and only proper visible mod you have is gorilla arms. Also body mod being more muscular or fat would be cool (although probably not gonna happen without mods)
Mod support on console would solve all of our poor people problems when it comes shit that we missing. Game would go on for even longer, everyone would have a chance to have what they want .
More pads would be nice. Maybe finale penthouse or some other bigger more expensive estates. Let us live a little before we die, just to feel that we reached something
Street cred update as well. You’re top merc who runs with 40 street cred. Working with top fixers, but a random homeless dude has more street cred than you . Don’t make sense
Eating food at the vendor would make game more immersive as well and being light a cig in the middle of the street would also make me happy choom.
Also some more full arm tattoos so it would be visible

The Witcher 3 recieved an entirely new side quest 7 years after release so I don’t think more narrative content is implausible. I’d be very happy with something like that.
Ng+ better dreadlocks , more apartments, increased radio volume and maybe some car garages, unrealistic ik but would add so much more to the game and doesn’t see like too much work

Less bugs that the previous 2.x patches.
new game + would be nice but I will settle for some more repeatable activities like cargo drops for more loot/eddies and some respawning NCPD activities like gang hangouts that said I suspect we will get a gig or 2 with some more customization and maybe more photo mode stuff
FOV slider on console & a sharpening slider so performance mode doesn’t look so blurry.
I’d like the cross save feature to get more QoL, like a button to directly upload a save from the main menu rather than having to load the save and then save the game (again) so it is uploaded. Just an upload button would be good.
Also on the same topic of save games, have the saves in the menu grouped by character. Other games have done this and it’s very nice for organisation when you have a bunch of characters.
More voices for V would be nice, but I know that just won’t happen.
A few more shots in the dark: mod browser on console, character preset browser, full vehicle customisation and more bosses with loot to chase.
More customization is always something I hope for because there are some in-game hair styles and clothing that’s just unavailable for the player. Also some lighting sliders because it’s always either extremely dark or blindingly bright and I’m always messing with the sliders.
Also ng+ is always something but I really don’t see them doing it, but a bit can dream

For them to fix the broken ladder animations that have been in the game since launch. It annoys me so much because there’s so many instances where you have to climb ladders and it completely ruins my immersion whenever I see V get to the top and proceed to hold onto thin air.
Expecting cosmetics, cars, maybe a small story-based mission or two. Maybe another apartment or two in varied parts of town.
Hoping for some kind of hint as to what might be coming in the sequel and/or another expansion.

Sit down poses for photo mode!!!
New hair, a better lighting system for photo mode because the one that they added with the last update isn’t user friendly imo. Action poses for companions in photo mode, photo mode props other than cigarette, new clothes, new shoes.
Skippable braindances and sex scenes, they pause the story to long for something I’ve seen so many times.
Cosmetics bug fixes quality of life upgrades little things
Nothing specific. I’d love if they addressed some of the bugs that still exist like the quest where you use a weapons locker and you can’t get your weapons back effectively destroying them. That one be nice to see fixed. Others have mentioned more visible Cyberware which I also agree with. I’d also love if they took a look at the HDR implementation since it does look kind of washed out in its official form.
I don’t expect to see a big content addition. It just doesn’t make sense to expect that considering they just launched an ultimate edition everything on cartridge Switch 2 edition and though obviously you’re going to be able to update that I don’t think we’re getting anything huge since they would’ve likely wanted that for the cartridge.
The option to go with ur partner on a date, more activities in night city, more buildings to buy and more things to do in them.
The ability to replay missions and gigs, without having to reload it from a save file
