Not bad, you can put SCL on 5/5 most likely, tRTP 12, max trefi if temps are ok tRDWR 15, tWRRD 1
Your voltages are also very high imo, do you really need this with a-die for 6200cl28?
I run 6000 mdie@6400cl30 with 1.43vdd and 1.37vddq
