you can definitely [salvage your SODIMM ram for a PC build](https://panoramacircle.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/sodimm-dimm-adapter-tested.jpg) if you hate yourself using an adapter. That and the 2.5″ HD/SSD are probably the only things I can think of you can bring over from a laptop.
