Got the pc a good few years ago wondering if a 5700x is worth it over the 2700x or wait it out 3 or so more years and get a whole new system?

But if its 1800/1440p then am4 is fine for awhile get a 5700x/5800x 3d of you can that will give you more years.
Am5 will have support for awhile also so you can save up for that while getting the cpu upgrade.
