For me ray tracing makes the biggest difference in cyberpunk. Every other game utilizing it already looks great at highest settings but cyberpunk really transforms the game with it

Thats lazy development when it happens in game, before RT devs took the work of properly handplacing and adjusting lighting and shadow on the games, to have the intended visual desired, now with RT is almost just “insert light sources, activate lumen, done.”
