I have notice in the past week I would that my core and memory clocks are maxed and I don't even overclock the gpu? Running the latest version of nvidia which was back in May. This is the first time I am seeing this. Is there a fixed?

Make sure that in the NVIDIA Control Panel, your Power Management Mode is set to Normal. My 4070 Super doesn’t draw more than 15 watts at idle — tested with both a 1080p 280Hz and a 1440p 165Hz monitor. Your power draw looks more like an RTX 3000 card – my 3080 Ti pulls 35-45 watts just sitting on the desktop. For a 4000 series card, that’s a bit much.

Do you have multiple monitors? If so, what are their refresh rates?
