Basically my computer is running slow, overheating, and lagging. I’m extremely uneducated in the field of computer hardware. After reading some comments I’ve seen a lot of people say thermal paste and after this video i can definitely confirm that. I’m asking if there is anything wrong with the model of cpu and gpu. And how the disk is doing. For more background I’ve had this since 2020 and these issues arose in 2021-22.

get an ssd instead of hdd. you’ll see immediate improvements in your “speed”
Get DDR4 memory kit (2x8GB should work), plus an SSD (NVME slot should be available on your mainboard)

What do you actually want? Did you mean to post this in the overclocking subreddit?
Get a nvme ssd (500gb should be cheap) and a pair of 16gb of ddr4 ram, mate.
