I mean, it all depends on how this major will turn out… He is still signed to NaVi and if s1mple performs good and NaVi gets destroyed, maybe they offer him to rejoin the main roster? Who knows on what terms he is with NaVi at the moment.
Also he isnt cheap, Faze has to dig deep into their pocket for him probably.

If faze’s management decides not to blow the roster up entirely, i would love to see him get extra 6 months. Its not like faze can get anyone better and imo simple just needs more officials. Today in the ancient OT we have seen the ceiling he is capable of reaching.

Not immediately, but I could see him joining FaZe sometime later this year – the reason being that I suspect NaVi will make a play for him to sign a new contract. Would like it to be immediately though and also for broky to join a team (Heroic?) soon as well. I’ve hated seeing s1mple not play for so long and would hate it for broky too.

I don’t think anyone here can now. The most important part I think is the chemistry with the rest of the team and the financial side of things. Neither of those things we can really evaluate on the surface.
If S1mple has matured enough for him and Elige to work well together and more importantly, enjoy being on the server together, I wouldn’t be surprised if they give him a shot. He’s obviously trying to be his best self and be constructive, but it’s hard to tell how things gel between the players behind the scenes.
He has shown that he’s at the very least decent, and I think everyone can see that he could still improve a lot in CS2. For S1mple, this is his best chance at being a tier 1 player and winning tournaments again, so I expect him to give everything and be willing to accept a smaller contract.
TL;DR: if the vibes are good and FaZe clan still has some bankroll, I think there is a decent chance. We don’t know that yet though.

Faze need him imo for the confidence. He is also taking the blame as a stand in and isn’t afraid to do so, taking pressure off of karrigan and ELIGE to actually play well. Frozen is good and rain just got back so we shall see.

The rest of the faze roster I feel like are great players to have around him. I think it’s a win/win. Especially faze will always spend money to get even more eyeballs on them
