This happens when there’s a zombie next to you while nikolai is shooting at. It will kill you because friendly fire is somehow aktiv by friendly allies, which means even the silver protector on SOE can one shot you too as long as there’s a zombie behind you. This does not happen in solo while having quick revive equipped.
