Hello everyone,

I'm sharing the results of my memory and timing benchmark using AIDA64 and ZenTimings.

Do you see anything I could improve? Are these values normal for DDR5-6400 on this platform?

I tried to get it to CL28 but I can't do it. I don't know how high the memory voltage could be. I'm afraid of going from 1.4V to 1.45V, what do you say?

Any advice is welcome.

    You can easily run VDD up to 1.5v or even more, I dont think I have heard of anything dying from that, the issue you will start facing starting at 1.45v and up is the temperature, itll be hard to keep the ram below 50°c in a stress test without a dedicated fan, and you also have DR so thatll add more heat also. Best to stress test and run hwinfo to see.

    Also, im not sure why but your write speed is really low, id expect something more in the region of 100000mb/s… maybe your scl’s are too high? Like your latency seems really nice but everything else seems kinda slow bandwidth wise.
