Very specific release date for a movie that’s not coming out for 2 more years. I foresee this turning into a rushed job. There’s a reason studios prefer to give a rough timeline and then give a date a few months before release.

See, i grew up with zelda. I think i played them all. Some multiple times. I love them.
But a live action movie? It will be either cringe, bad or forgettable. Or all at once. The probability that it will be the next LotR or Legend… a really timeless fantasy masterpiece…. I think is sadly very small. I mean hope so, but would i bet on it? Sure not XD
I don’t understand why it won’t be an animated film. 2D Wind Waker or 3D (insert any 3D Zelda) style movie. I just cant picture any good outcome for a life Action one.
How do you make a main character who rarely says anything outside of grunts, who is essentially silent, into a successful movie character?
