You need a B650 MEOWtherboard and a Ryzen 7700x PAWcessor and don’t forget to get a powerful Purring Supply Unit.
Well clearly yours is broken, if you look up this model online, you can see it fits in any case/box, it can auto adapt it’s shape and size to fit
This GPU has a terrible cooling system, but a fantastic purring and cuddling system.
