A few of you have probably seen my last post about an internet connectivity issue as the one displayed in the small clip above – I've run some troubleshooting and diagnostics on my device and found out it's a hardware problem on my end.
I saw a few players with similar issues before and someone on the last post was also saying they were experiencing highping as I did.
In case you experience / If you're experiencing similar reoccurring problems like extensive lag, freezing ingame, general hick-ups: chances are your eSim or WiFi receiver compartment inside your phone is not working properly. For Apple devices you can download "Apple Support" from the AppStore and run some tests by yourself to see if the issue is caused by any hardware or software issues on your end.
