i think its either wakako or el capitan that if you complete all their gigs, you get a gig from rogue that basically has you steal a car and you can also find johnny’s boots there. there is also a padre gig that has you steal a guitar from a crazy kerry fan and in his apartment, you can steal johnny’s pants and have the full outfit.

Yes. I pretty much do all of Wakako’s gigs as well as Padre’s Psychofan gig so I’m ready when I do Chippin’ In and Blistering Love (as well as the first half of Kerry’s missions).
