Cursor keeps moving on its own and I end up picking up the wrong items trying to loot, also sometimes I have issues picking up throwables from players crates my friend says it’s stick drift but it’s only locked in to the painkillers.

try turnin up your dead zones a lil bit
You probably have stick drift. Try turning up your dead zones or get a new controller.
