-30 is too optimistic…
Disable “gaming mode” if you have it enabled.

Make sure XMP enabled, if you have turbo mode enabled in bios for some reason disable it. I’ve heard this can affect things but not sure myself. Exit out of anything else you have running in the background. I hit about 16k with -25 co. You get like 2k more on graphics than me though with the same card 😭
8C/8T. You enabled X3D Game Mode (or X3D Turbo Mode, etc) in the BIOS, which disables multithreading (SMT), tanking your CPU score. Disable X3D Game Mode.

Reading comments reminds me why I love this sub, dude fucks up entire CPU settings in bios and thinks “clearly it’s not because of my dumb decisions and weird bios settings, no no there has to be something wrong with my CPU”

Are you using nvidiaProfileInspector? Time Spy doesn’t like “rBAR – Enable” set to Enabled on my Intel CPU, I get a 3k higher CPU score if I set it to Disabled. You could try both ways to see if it impacts your AMD CPU or not.
