PS. Flags were removed what feels like “ages” ago in the ESL Pro League first, they were usually displayed there prominently beside the name of the player who is currently in focus of the game. All because of the Ukraine war started by the russians.
PS. As some people here don’t get why I write this, I’m no nationalist, I don’t care that much, nor do I hate Russian players, I merely emphasise with Brazilian players for example who wanna show their flag even if it’s not that important, and giving an explanation, keep downvoting me, it’s irrelevant and my info is factual.

Pretty sure is because of blast lisbon ,i was there and there was some fights at the end of the day (supposedly triggered by some flags) which made them disallow them in the next days
