I recently bought Black Ops 4 because I didn‘t give it a chance when it came out. Multiplayer was fun but I was ass and the Zombie Mode was just weird. But when I recently started again (I only bought it for zombie) I was really hooked. The more I played the more I understood the (mostly) hated perk system. And it‘s kinda crazy because we have 2025 and here I am doing my first Easter Egg today and doing the camos. At the end of the day no matter how old the game and low the player base is or how hated it is: the most important thing is that You have fun. I sure will experience all the things I missed years ago. Feel free to comment your opinion about Bo4 Zombies or other games you wish you picked up earlier.

I always thought this game was overhated. The perk system is definitely not good compared to other entries, but the aesthetic and atmosphere of the maps more than made up for it for me. Sucks that we never got to see the true vision for this game play out due to bad launch reception (and probably many other factors)
I really liked BO4 Zombies, but I hate how I have to download 142GB’s just to play Zombies…
Honestly. I saw the hate for BO4 before I bought it near release but it bought it anyway. I enjoyed it then and I enjoy it now. XI is one of my favourite maps to just play. I don’t get as much time to play anymore but there were good parts to BO4 for sure.
After coldwar came out I got a wild hair in my ass to go play some of the older ones I’d bought and never played,. I was too into multi then. Went back and played ww2 and infinite warfare and got so pumped.. redoing the final reich hardcore egg was so much fun and haven’t been that hyped to finish an egg since I started.
