Thought we can have a thread to discuss the Unreal livestream today that will have some sort of showcase from CDPR about their upcoming game 'The Witcher 4' ("and beyond", as they mention in their announcement tweet).
It might not be much at all, but just in case…

60 FPS gameplay?????? That looks insane to be running on PS5
Looking forward to see how the new engine has benefited the artists and developers of the game itself. Would be interesting to see what they can do with a software that has substantially more resources, flexibility and know-how out there

Holy shit the game looks gorgeous. Their claim that the game is that good looking running at 60FPS and raytracing on a PS5 is pretty bold.

Everyone saying OMG 60 FPS, dude was walking through at minimum speed and it looked like he was one camera turn away from huge drops.
This feels like 2015 all over again. It’s gonna be insane and cyberpunk 2 is gonna be insane too. Absolutely amazed right now
The town square with 300 NPCs and room to spare running at 4K/60fps with RT on base PS5 was unreal.
How did they do that? I am almost think they are lying about it being real time 60 fps on PS5. That actually looks Unreal.

If anyone is getting the hype, I would suggest lowering your expectations. Just in case. Let’s wait for the release, then we can talk about 300 NPCs + 4K + 60FPS + ray tracing.
I dont want to sound like a doomer but i just want to remind evertone that first gameplay of Cyberpunk also looked fantastic and we all know what happend next.
I just hope Red’s took their lessons very dilligently.
