I upgraded to a 5070 Ti at the weekend and have been playing around with overclocking. So far it seems I’m primarily being power limited. The card has a stock limit of 300W that can’t be adjusted.

My card is the Palit GameRock with dual bios support. TechPowerUp has the VBIOS for the Palit GameRock OC edition available for download. This allows a +6.67% increase in power limit to 320W.

Is it worth flashing this VBIOS with NVFlash to unlock additional power headroom? Anything I should know before I attempt it? (I’ve already created a backup of my current VBIOS)

I flashed my Gigabyte Gaming OC 5090 with the Aorus Master 5090 bios. Works perfectly, in my case i just gained 100MHz of stock boost. Don’t worry its risk free as long as you have dual bios.
