They both can go 3:0 but there is a chance (depending on which other teams lose/win) they will have to play against each other. But since you only need one correct 3:0 pick, I think this is still one of the safest routes.
No, this is not a bracket. Both HLTV and Blast TV both have a simulator you can play with that will allow you to see who would hypothetically play in subsequent rounds based on who you think will win. However, I would highly advise against putting Conplexity 3-0, they dont have their most impactful player and he’s being replaced by someone who’s decent NA-wise, but lacking internationally.
