Steel nomad hits really hard. So most people will do better by doing an undervolt at the point where steel nomad will pull their voltage down to. Since at lower voltage points you can do a bigger offset.
But in lots of games I find voltage can go higher so a pure clock offset normally wins there but at the cost of power efficiency
My undervolts always come back less than my OC
