Game says I need to purchase the Cold War even though I already have the game installed?

This all started when I transferred certain games over from my og xbox one onto my series s . I have since downloaded the xbox one original version of cold war onto my series s yet it still says I need to purchase the game.

I have checked my add ons on the manage games option on xbox and I got everything downloaded am so comfused bro

    Double check, content packs were at the very bottom for me
