Eh, for me youth ends around 30. The way I see it, considering average life spans, 80-90 is pretty normal to expect with generally healthy lifestyle. So its split into 0-30 (young) 31-60 (adult) and 61-death (actually old).
This somewhat aligns with my parents experiences, according to them your body starts going bad around the mid 50s, vision starts failing, etc etc. So yah, I wouldn’t call 35 young, but it’d also be odd to call it old
