Either walling or the spectator desync where the spectator pov is delayed by the tiniest amount so he saw him walk into cave after the POV turned. Dont know if it exists in cs2 anymore
This was a thing in CSGO too, sometimes you got very very minor desync between spectator and player. I had a clip where if I zoomed on recording and went frame by frame I didn’t see a player, but my entire team called it.

A couple comments that are incorrect about it being resolution. This happens rarely with a spectator with my friends, as well as sounds that can be heard by the spectator but not the in game player.
Not sure what exactly causes it but it happened in go as well, so it’s not exclusive to subtick.

this has been happening long since go where spectators see a desync to what you’re actually seeing, so if you ever seem a slight glimpse of someone when spectating just call it! defo not wallhacks this has been documented for years
