Love the LAPA one of my favorite SMGs. It’s slept on for sure!! Bullet speed + Mobility along with the damage profile make it super unique in CQ’s! There’s also a barrel attachments that can increase the fire intervals, makes for a very competitive SMG imo

Haven’t used it in MP but it is one of the best SMG for BR with hipfire build, has great hipfire spread, good range and high damage

I like it a lot but can’t deny it needs a couple monumental buffs to be up there with meta alternatives like qq10 etc. Range and/or consistency for 3tap is low (compact barrel fixes consistency but gives you less than 8 meters of fast ttk), ads is fairly slow for an agressive smg unless you use a rear grip, sights are pretty bad.
Strafe is awesome and the mag options are great though, initiatial ttk at 172ms is really good.. lots of potential. It should either have compact barrel base multis, or the range nerf on that barrel should be removed and base ads should be increased to 250. 4tap ttk is nothing amazing so I think more second range length could help make up but that’s nitpicking.
In BR it’s great due to ridiculous hipfire and sub 800ms consistent ttk to kinetic armor (reinforced barrel)

Underrated even if the slow bullet velocity and damage multipliers holds it back from succeeding at longer ranges, it feels good to use with the Kevin Durant leggy skin.

My same thought about LAPA in cold war, Brazil literally has an SMG called MD1 and the devs decide to bring one that was a prototype
