Are these safe and in-line with expectations?

My goal was to get lower temps and higher performance in light loads (gaming) while keeping stock performance in heavy loads (cinebench, stress) My PC performs ever so slightly better than stock in heavy loads and sustains 5.4ghz easily during gaming. I've done stability testing (OCCT stability testing, Core Cycling, Aida64, all for multiple hours collectively) and there were no errors at -25. I was using -30 but it ran into an issue in Aida64. Now I'm just focused on making sure this is safe, wont harm my CPU. A little paranoid due to the dying 9800X3Ds as-well 😀

    Those are VIDs or “voltage reqeusts” and perfectly normal. Read voltages, however, will be in next (CPU enhanced) section (SVI3 TFN) and motherboard (Vcore and around) section.

    Your CPU isn’t even using the top ~160mv of the boost range because it’s capped to 5425mhz and with the factory v/f curve and CO, it thinks that it can run 5425mhz with <=1.26v so it has no need to ask for the higher voltages.

    If you have asynchronous ECLK on your board then there is significant headroom to increase clocks within the spec voltages. If not, your voltage and power is going to be quite low and it will just run at 5425mhz almost all of the time.

    The top VID’s for boosting are ~1.42v, and i’m fully stable with a max boost at ~5.9ghz and a typical gaming boost of 5600 – 5750mhz.
