I’d try to find a different spot for your PC, it’s taking up a lot of desk space. You could scoot over your whole setup to the right to angle your left monitor a little more ergonomically.
I would also get a desk pad that is a mousepad too, so you don’t have to double stack.

Is that the glass panel or mesh version of the north case? If it’s the mesh version I would take it off the desk.

If you can fit a small file cabinet or some shelves on the right of your desk you could move the computer on top of it and free up desk space. Would give you more storage too.
