if you just KO him, you can do all that and get a better reward from Regina. 😉
If you only knock him out and don’t kill him you get both Johnny and Regina’s approval and you can still loot his apartment as well as getting paid by Regina
Don’t kill him, just knock his ass out. You can still raid his apartment, Johnny is happy that you fucked him up, and Regina thanks you for essentially giving her a contact to squeeze in the NCPD.
Knock him out, get both, put him in the truck of your car and dump the car in the harbor. Best of both worlds

He actually showed up in Dino’s bar way later and celebrating a promotion. I mocked him about being Regina’s bitch and he laughed it off. Made me want to zero him, honestly.
Then again, I always want to zero him, especially when I find out he didn’t help Anna either.
