I was reading the season 4 patch notes and noticed this bullet point.
I’m aware coughing in the gas is audible to enemies, but does it really ping their mini map like killstreaks do? First I’ve heard of this and wondering if this is just a miscommunication.

If it’s on the patch notes, that’s probably an indication of it being about to be introduced as a thing, rather than something that already exists in that game…
I’ve definitely seen phantom dots pop up in gas without hearing gunfire.
In other words they keep making gas play extremely hard for players by any means.

No you will not ping on mini map. This will be on the death recap of HOW you died.
Brother can you not read they’re saying they’re adding it, not that it was already in the game
I’m not complaining about anything that makes dumb gas rotations harder lol
