Slider was great, a blind netrunner using the cyberspace as his eyes, broke off from the Voodoo boys to do his own thing. Was forced to help Reed and got fried because of it. He's got some really cool design with his wheelchair, and his dubbing is great, I really liked him despite being a very minor side character on the path to Songbird.

True. First time I played the DLC I was going with a netrunner build and I had enough points for that Intelligence check, which I thought was the only way to save him. My disappointment was immeasurable.
Snagged an awesome still last night of me and Reed putting the squeeze on him.

VDBs are hands down my favorite gang
I like how Slider is the complete opposite of Brigitte in term of character. He’s very straightforward, doesn’t hide behind some grand ambition (like the Blackwall) or a so-called duty to the community. He’s just a criminal who does what he does best and leave it at that. With Slider, you know exactly what you’re gonna get and so does he.
As a character I really like him. Wish he had been involved in a proper quest chain actually.
The problem with the in-dogtown VDBs tho is that they nullified the effect of taking them out as before.
Remember before the DLC, if you killed off the VDBs, they disappeared almost completely from Pacifica. Most places they usually spawned were either empty or Animals. After the DLC the VDBs has seemingly grown several thousand members and the “real” leadership was apparently in Dogtown, not outside of it?

Actually he’s pretty reasonable person he put it plain and simple. U don’t fuck wid de black wall and de blackwall don’t fuck wid you. The man knows the line and he ain’t about to cross it, well until Reed showed up for sure

It confused me as to why my character didn’t have a less sympathetic assessment of Slider. All of the dialogue options made me feel bad for him when it was clearly stated he was a murderer. Who cares what happens to him?
