I hope we are getting more freedom for character development this time. And I wish they make the open world more interactive. Night City was pretty, but unfortunately, it was little more than a static backdrop. Well, guess I find out in ten years or so.

For those who don’t understand, it means they have NOT started the development. It’s just concept designs and stuff like “which city to do, who are the main characters” and so on. No engine, no coding
