Speakers, and a external/Wireless powerbutton so you dont have to crawl under the desk to turn on and off. Oh and if you dont already have it, an HDMI cable to the TV for couch games.
Steam has a TV UI built in called big picure and can be activated with the TV icon next to the window buttons top right of the steam window.
