Looks like a standing desk, so on the floor means you’ll need a very long cable to include the slack for when it goes up and down.
How thick is your desk? If it’s solid wood and thick enough, then you could consider mounting your desktop to the underside. That’s a clean look that gives you the best of both worlds.

Between those options, floor. Personally, I hate the PC on the desk. I would build a mount to let it hang under the desk. (I have a very similar sized case and this is what I did. Just got a few pipes and fittings from HD, created 2 “U” shaped brackets, mounted under and placed a board across for support)

I also have a Flexispot desk. I mounted my power strip to the bottom of the desk and have my PC on the desk.

That’s funny. I just recently brought my PC from the floor to the desk and I really enjoy it. I have carpet so I felt like it was just getting too hot down there for me and the computer. Although you do have hard floors, I’d be attempted to put it on the floor. I think you should keep it on the desk because you have a standing desk

I put mine up on the wall high above desk on a wall-mounted wire shelf. Doesn’t get dusty, and give zero craps about cable management, because I’m changing stuff too often or am in VR 😀
